Yogalates – an effective and efficient fusion of Pilates and Yoga designed to maximize core strength, muscle tone, and flexibility, improving posture and conditioning. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed but knowing you had a great workout.

 

Yoga – a relaxing and rejuvenating class based on the Iyengar yoga method, focused on increasing flexibility, improving posture, and reducing mental stress. Yoga 4 Lunch is just 45 minutes and is designed to be a refreshing, relaxing and re-energizing break in your workday. You’ll see improved posture and a calmer mind in just a few visits.

 

Pilates – Developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, pilates consists of movements that emphasize form and control. The movements help stablize, stretch, and strengthen key core muscles.
