Regeneration Studio is located in Argenta (downtown North Little Rock) in the historic Elks Building at 117 E. Broadway.

 

The 2300-sf space is recently renovated and includes a spacious workout area with a variety of strength training equipment and cardiovascular machines, space for group exercise, and a private, enclosed massage/therapy room.
